Cambodian retailer opens new store with Marshall Amplification

Madison Musical Instrument are an MI retailer who are based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and were established in 1982.  They have three branches located in the middle of the city under two names, Thea Heng Musical Instrument and Madison Musical Instrument – the third store only recently being opened to the public.

All the stores provide various types of quality musical instruments from personal use to professional live instrument which meets customer needs.  They also believe music is important in education so Madison Musical Instrument also run a music school where you can learn, practice and perform your musical talents.

Madison Musical Instrument is the Paxt Ltd appointed distributor for Marshall Amplification, in Cambodia.  The grand opening for the third branch took place on the 4th July 2012, it is an anchor for the other stores and will include the following Marshall amplifiers


To help promote Marshall Amplification the grand opening included 19 bands and musicians performing for 100 invited guests, music teachers and Cambodian news channels which were CTN TV, Bayon TV, Seatv, CNC TV, TV3, TV5, and TV11.  Also in attendance were journalists from local newspaper and magazine agencies.

Mr Heng, Owner of Madison Musical Instrument said, “Everyone knows the name Marshall Amplification and the quality amplifiers they produce, we are extremely honoured to be able to supply this brand in one of our stores.  Since our grand opening, many bands have come to the store and enjoyed using the Marshall amplifiers which is fantastic to see.”
