Paxt Ltd’s Marshall distributor, Fifty One East, are based in Doha Qatar and are investing in a brand new showroom at the city centre mall.

Fifty One East is part of Darwish Holding, one of Qatar's oldest and most pioneering business conglomerates. As the country began to evolve into a modern state, the group ventured into many sectors, from the oil & gas industry to contracting & infrastructure. In 1948 they launched their luxury retail division. In every sector they entered, they were driven by the belief that Qatar deserves only the best, hence their desire to represent Marshall.

Fifty One East is Qatar’s premier store for luxury and prestige brands. For nearly eight decades, they have offered a collection of the world’s most coveted names in luxury watches and jewellery, fashion and fine apparel, cosmetics, fragrances, electronics and musical instruments. Their flagship store is located in the heart of Doha's busiest shopping destination and offers over 1300 square meters of sheer aspiration fulfilment. The current refurbishment is expected to be completed in June 2011.

Ghayath Arakji - Product Manager for Fifty One East commented "Marshall is a premium brand that we rely on and with which we anticipate excellent growth. We aim to build up on 51East reputation as the only reference for Musical Instruments in Qatar." He also commented: • Increasing awareness and desire for western brands. • Government inclination towards expansion of music education, with a growing number of venues to teach and perform (schools, Qatar Foundation, Philharmonic Orchestra, Cultural village, Qatar Music Academy, private, etc.) “Fifty One East cater to high-end clients and are a wonderful representative for Marshall in Qatar. We look forward to supporting their future growth”. Hugo Feighery – Paxt Sales Manager.
