SOUND.COM was very proud to be doing the audio for The 2011 National Games in Ranchi. Despite their experience executing the audio for the Commonwealth Games in 2010 they were humbled to accept the responsibility of the National Games.

Knowing the reliability of XTA from previous experience Sound.com was keen to utilise them again incorporating DS800 and DP448 into the project. “All the microphones split to Front of House, Monitors and Broadcast were distributed using the most reliable XTA DS800, the XTA units also were a part of our analogue network that provided us a back-up to the digital transport and we could just switch over from digital to analogue whenever required. We used a total of 8 DS800’s for this project and thanks to our distributor Kiran Sanghavi of Premier Industrial Importers, were able to get 4 more in the nick of time for the opening and closing ceremonies.”

“I am very pleased with the impeccable performance of our XTA and will certainly continue to use it at every opportunity” commented Warren Dsouza, Managing Director and Founder of SOUND.COM.

XTA’s distributor in India - Premier Industrial Importers President Mr. Kiran Sanghavi said “The Indian market has a very high respect for XTA” and he is “excited about XTA’s future potential which is why I have just invested in the new DP548”.

“PAXT Ltd. is delighted with the distribution and continued development of XTA in the Indian market offered by Premier Industries and their partners.” Hugo Feighery – Paxt Sales Manager
